Bella Terra Landscapes is considered one of the premier landscape design & build contractors in the Charlottesville, Albemarle County, & Central Virginia area.
Along with contracting services for installation, we provide uniquely creative garden & landscape design, estate planning, installation of all hardscapes (patios, sidewalks, retaining walls, fire pits and fireplaces) and softscapes (annuals, perennials, and woody trees and shrubs), landscape lighting design and installation, horticulturally sensitive landscape maintenance and lawn maintenance.
Our specialty is designing and installing dynamically elegant and sustainably beautiful landscapes. We achieve this goal through the use of natural and manufactured stone and other premium building materials. We have the unique ability to start with an idea, build on the idea with a landscape plan, implement the plan and maintain the plan and its objective for life.
Bella Terra Landscapes currently holds memberships in the Piedmont Landscape Association (PLA), Virginia Nursery & Landscape Association (VNLA) and NALP (National Association of Landscape Professionals).

Staff
Bella Terra Landscapes is owned and operated by Tim Reese. Tim has more than twenty-two years of landscape industry experience, collectively. He is a graduate of Delaware Valley College, located in Bucks County, PA, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ornamental Horticulture & Environmental Design, focusing on Landscape Contracting & Management. He holds a Certified Virginia Horticulturist Certificate and a Virginia Class A Contractors License. Tim resides in Palmyra, VA with his wife, two children, and their dog, Bella.
